Administrative Assistant

The Club at 12 Oaks is a Holly Springs, NC-based company that provides on-site and remote support to its employees. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily processing of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.

Responsibilities:

Assist with payroll processes
Process accounts payable invoices and payments
Process accounts receivable payments
Assist with monthly statement reconciliation.
Processing AP check runs
Data Entry
Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or senior manager

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
1 year of experience in accounting preferred.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles preferred.
Strong understanding of Payroll processing preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
