The Club at 12 Oaks is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-focused Host / Expo to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional member experience by welcoming guests, coordinating communication between the kitchen and service team, and ensuring food is delivered accurately and efficiently.

Position Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with seating guests and maintaining an organized and welcoming front-of-house environment.
Coordinate communication between servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
Act as the primary expo point during service, ensuring food is properly presented and matches the order before leaving the kitchen.
Confirm food orders are complete, accurate, and properly garnished before delivery.
Organize completed food orders by table and communicate with the appropriate server.
Assist servers with running food to tables when needed.
Monitor ticket times and communicate delays or issues to management and service staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, expo area, and surrounding service areas.
Assist with side work, restocking, polishing, and other opening and closing duties.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all Club standards.
Provide friendly and attentive service to members and guests throughout the shift.
Assist with maintaining a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Club policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry food trays and other service items.
Ability to move efficiently throughout the dining room, kitchen, and service areas.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.

Schedule:

Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunities Available

Weekend and evening availability is strongly preferred. Schedule may vary based on Club events, dining operations, and business needs.
