The Club at 12 Oaks is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our members & guests, assist in golf shop operations, and support merchandise sales. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for golf and a desire to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Experience Required:
Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
- Friendly and positive personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to pick up Northstar POS system quickly.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
- Process customer reservations for members & guests of the golf course.
- Provide customer service to arriving members & guests to expedite the check-in process.
- Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
- Process green and cart fees, as well as other revenue, and process them in the POS system as trained.
- Issue receipts for member & guest purchases.
- Take messages for staff or guests.
- Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
- Assist in the reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges at the end of the day.
- Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
